Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Payroll (Lightyear).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and timekeeping governance, including compliance and configuration management
• Assist in testing support for payroll systems and coordinate improvements with stakeholders
• Monitor payroll data analytics, maintain audit documentation, and deliver insights through variance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in hotel finance, payroll, timekeeping, or HR
• Expertise with Oracle HCM/Payroll, UKG (ATLAS), and Peoplesoft GL
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting principles and hospitality pay structures
• Experience in configuration, testing, compliance, and vendor governance
• CPP certification preferred
