Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the company's global payroll operations, the remote Senior Manager, Global Payroll will manage the end-to-end payroll operating model, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple countries while collaborating with various departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the global payroll operating model, including processing, controls, compliance, and reporting
• Lead US and international payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and ensure service quality and compliance

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience, including global payroll operations in multi-entity organizations
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, business, or a related field; CPP preferred
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries and pay frequencies
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax, statutory requirements, and payroll accounting
• Hands-on experience with payroll solutions and leading system implementations or enhancements
