Senior Payroll Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end pay run execution, the full-time Senior Payroll Operations Analyst will manage payroll processing, tax and withholding administration, and equity administration while working remotely across U.S.-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute biweekly payroll runs and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and validate taxation accuracy across multi-state jurisdictions and support quarterly tax reconciliation
• Process equity transactions and maintain payroll system settings, providing analytics and reporting support

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll operations experience in a multi-state environment with direct processing ownership
• Advanced technical proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated accuracy in high-volume environments
• Working knowledge of wage and hour law and multi-state tax compliance
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; exposure to macros or query tools is a plus
