Senior Payroll Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payroll Operations & Client Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the final point of escalation for complex payroll issues and provide authoritative guidance
• Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse payroll team to meet operational goals and KPIs
• Oversee client payroll implementations and drive continuous improvement of payroll processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of payroll or HR technology experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Mastery of complex payroll operations and ability to resolve intricate issues
• Experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment with external partner management
• Extensive experience with payroll systems and successful system implementations
• Expert knowledge of payroll laws and regulations across multiple states
