Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Payroll Operations Specialist will manage complex payroll processing, compliance, and issue resolution while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Process day-to-day payroll activities efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Handle complex payroll scenarios, including union and expatriate payroll, and perform adjustments for assigned employee populations
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing payroll accuracy and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma with 7+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
• Advanced experience in processing large volume payroll for over 10,000 employees
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
• US Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
