Job Summary

Leading payroll operations across multiple regions, the full-time Senior Payroll Partner will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors to enhance payroll governance and employee experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system implementations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience, preferably with global or multi-country exposure
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and multi-state tax regulations
• Experience with payroll vendors and HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or ADP
• Proven ability to manage complex payroll operations in a global environment
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll data
