Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Product Partnerships Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Mercury's payroll vendor ecosystem, focusing on vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management, while working remotely or from designated locations in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of expansion partnerships with a focus on payroll vendors
- Lead vendor selection processes, including RFP evaluations and recommendations
- Structure and lead negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for Mercury
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in banking/payroll operations and strategic partnerships
- Experience managing relationships with lending management system providers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
- Effective negotiation skills in complex commercial and regulatory discussions
- Technical inclination to interface with engineering and compliance teams
