Senior Payroll PeopleSoft Developer

Job Summary

To support a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment, the contract Senior Payroll PeopleSoft Developer will work remotely to design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft applications focused on Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with development standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft HCM applications, primarily in Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and production support
• Develop and support Predictive Absence Management functionality and troubleshoot complex production issues

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM development experience
• Strong development experience with PeopleSoft Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, preferably version 9.2
• Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Proven ability to author technical specifications, design documents, and test plans
