Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against company-level business objectives related to payroll growth, product adoption, operational efficiency, and customer success
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the payroll platform
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build cohesive and scalable payroll solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager
• 3+ years of experience working on payroll products or related workflows
• Strong track record of delivering key business results
• Ability to autonomously own a product roadmap
• Experience in combining qualitative research with quantitative analysis to inform product decisions
