Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage biweekly payroll functions and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll-impacting data and resolve discrepancies before payroll runs
• Perform detailed pre- and post-payroll audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries and support payroll-related audits

Required Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Certified Payroll Specialist (CPS) strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment required
• Strong Excel skills with experience in large data sets required
• Experience with UKG, HiBob, or Workday strongly preferred
• Self-directed with a proactive approach to resolving issues
