Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for employees and contractors
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations at all levels
  • Assist with audits, payroll reporting, and payroll tax filings

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll administration
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with payroll system maintenance and upgrades
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus
