Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist in New York / Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HRIS systems implementation and management for efficient data management
  • Develop compliance procedures to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
  • Lead benefits management initiatives, including plan selection and administration, to support employee well-being

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a focus on HRIS, compliance, payroll, and benefits management
  • Proven leadership abilities in driving HR initiatives and projects successfully
  • Experience in fast-growing tech organizations with a strong understanding of related challenges and opportunities
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred, along with Payroll Management Certification
