Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal and external staff audits for payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Manage payroll projects and collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives
  • Provide backup coverage for the Payroll Manager and assist with overflow work
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Understanding of state and Federal Payroll laws and requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of Payroll Industry best practices and Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Understanding of Governance best practices
  • Experience with payroll systems, particularly Oracle Cloud Payroll System
