Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee biweekly payroll for North America and other regions
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and resolve payroll issues
- Administer North American benefit and retirement plans and act as the main contact for payroll queries
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation and requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits roles
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VBA
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
