Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and oversee biweekly payroll for North America and other regions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and resolve payroll issues
  • Administer North American benefit and retirement plans and act as the main contact for payroll queries
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation and requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits roles
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VBA
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
