A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll data entry and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Coordinate with external vendors for state filings and payroll processing
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits and internal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Must have experience with Workday Payroll
• Experience in processing payroll for multiple states
• Ability to reconcile 401(k) contributions and fund allocations
• Experience collaborating with HR and Finance teams on payroll issues
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and regulations
