Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist to support payroll compliance and operations in a temporary contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll tax administration, including remitting payments and ensuring proper registration with tax agencies
- Oversee payroll operations and deductions, ensuring accurate processing and configuration within the HRIS platform
- Ensure compliance with new hire reporting requirements and manage year-end processing of employee tax documents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Expertise in full-cycle payroll processes, including multi-state operations
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
