Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll processing for the North America Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for the Latin America region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services
• Provide technical expertise and support to local teams on payroll processing, compliance, and employee onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in US payroll and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Experience in Employee of Record (EOR) or in-house payroll environments
• Proficient in business-level English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
• Experience working in a remote environment with strong self-starter skills
• Leadership skills to manage payroll processing across multiple countries
