Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (Global) to manage and operationalize payroll across an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple global payroll tiers and ensure compliance with various tax and employment regulations
• Support evaluation and potential transition off the U.S. PEO model while maintaining payroll operations and coordinating with HR and Finance
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and ensure accurate integration of payroll data with ERP and finance systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll
• Demonstrated exposure to international payroll environments
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and accruals
• Experience with ADP or similar enterprise payroll platforms
• Ability to manage PEO relationships and operate across different tax jurisdictions
