Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and client support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws
• Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system and provide client support
• Generate payroll reports and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with UKG Ready and a strong understanding of payroll processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and relevant payroll software
• FPC or CPP certification preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
