Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Payroll Specialist who will support payroll processes for the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly data input and payroll in accordance with cut-off dates
• Maintain third-party payroll requirements and manage stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and assist with audits and project implementation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years' payroll experience
• Experience with global payroll provider/system, specifically UKG
• Proactive and methodical approach to payroll operations
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic local payroll legislation for Canada is desirable
