Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and scale global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support EMEA payroll operations in collaboration with regional vendors and the Payroll Manager
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance payroll operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience processing multi-state US payroll
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Workday HCM
• Hands-on experience with EMEA payroll and equity compensation processing
• Experience with payroll accounting tasks and supporting audits
• Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and pivot tables
