Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Manage payroll administration including data validation, calculations, and reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities and assist with payroll audits and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, with global payroll experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
• Professional Payroll Certifications such as CPP or IPASS are a plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll protocols, statutory requirements, and tax regulations
• Experience with payroll software like Workday and proficiency in Excel
