Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (Paylocity Expert) - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain payroll processing for accurate transactions including salaries and deductions
• Manage employee database updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and prepare accurate payroll transaction records

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payroll/HR Operations in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth experience with Paylocity is required
• Strong computer literacy, preferably with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of nationwide tax and wage laws and fiscal procedures
• Working knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits
