Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support international payroll operations, the part-time Senior Payroll Specialist will process payroll for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in reporting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and monthly payroll, verifying earnings and deductions for accuracy
• Monitor payroll tax reporting and ensure compliance with governmental regulations
• Research and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of local payroll processing and payroll tax experience
• 3+ years of multi-country payroll processing experience, with knowledge of Guatemala
• 3-5 years of experience with electronic timekeeping systems
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
