Job Summary
Acting as a primary liaison between Payroll, Finance, and HCM teams, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end multi-entity global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while leading audits and strategic payroll decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the HCM/Workday team to troubleshoot file feeds and resolve data discrepancies impacting payroll
- Oversee and certify the accuracy of global payroll runs, implementing regional tax and labor law changes
- Act as the primary contact for the Treasury department, ensuring funding accuracy and timely cross-border payments
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume Finance or Payroll department, or 6 years without a degree
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP or Workday
- Active pursuit or attainment of CPP or FPC designation is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of international payroll legislation and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
