Job Summary

Leading biweekly payroll processing for U.S. salaried and hourly employees, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including equity-related payroll, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive timely resolution of employee payroll inquiries and perform root cause analysis
• Support continuous process improvements by identifying automation and efficiency opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and knowledge of tax compliance
• Proven experience with payroll for employees receiving equity compensation
• Hands-on proficiency with payroll platforms and HRIS integrations in a high-volume setting
• Track record of resolving complex payroll issues independently
• Fluency with cloud-native data environments and collaboration tools
