Job Summary

Leading biweekly payroll processing for all U.S. salaried and hourly employees, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including equity-related payroll, while resolving employee inquiries and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Compile payroll input from multiple sources and validate data before each cycle
• Drive resolution of payroll inquiries and support continuous process improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and tax compliance
• Proven expertise in payroll for employee populations receiving equity compensation
• Hands-on proficiency with payroll platforms and HRIS integrations
• Track record of resolving complex payroll issues independently
• Fluency with cloud-native data environments and collaboration tools
