Job Summary

Leading biweekly payroll processing for U.S. salaried and hourly employees, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage the complete payroll cycle, address employee inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll processing, including equity-related payroll tasks
• Execute payroll input compilation from various sources, ensuring data accuracy before each cycle
• Drive timely resolution of employee payroll inquiries and support continuous process improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing and expertise in tax compliance
• Proven experience handling payroll for employees receiving equity compensation
• Hands-on proficiency with payroll platforms and HRIS integrations in a high-volume environment
• Track record of independently resolving complex payroll issues with documented improvements
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian tools for collaboration and case management
