Job Summary

Owning US payroll operations, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy while supporting the evolution of global payroll functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state US payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll while maintaining compliance with regulations
• Support the development and optimization of global payroll operations, including documentation and automation initiatives
• Contribute to broader PX Operations initiatives, including employee data management and cross-functional projects

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multi-state payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably Workday
• Background in process improvement and automation in payroll functions
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
