Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting payroll operations and transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Specialist will manage complex multi-state payroll processing, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with Group Payroll Managers on payroll migrations and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee processing and review of complex multi-state payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support payroll centralization efforts by partnering with Group Payroll Managers on migrations and standardization
• Lead payroll-related projects, including system implementations and operational enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment
• Experience with enterprise payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or SAP
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws and regulations
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
