Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Analyst to join their Payroll systems support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Payroll systems
• Conduct in-depth analysis, testing, and debugging to address customer-reported issues
• Mentor junior team members and engage with high-priority customers to deliver effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in supporting multiple product suites and modules, particularly in payroll-related issues
• Technical experience in SQL scripting, database systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in managing escalations and setting expectations with customers
• Experience delivering efficient service under tight deadlines, especially during payroll cycles
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
