Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Analyst to join their Payroll systems support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Payroll systems
- Conduct in-depth analysis, testing, and debugging to address customer-reported issues
- Mentor junior team members and engage with high-priority customers to deliver effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supporting multiple product suites and modules, particularly in payroll-related issues
- Technical experience in SQL scripting, database systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience in managing escalations and setting expectations with customers
- Experience delivering efficient service under tight deadlines, especially during payroll cycles
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
