Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst (Americas).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point and subject matter expert for complex payroll and tax issues
• Lead the month, quarter, and year-end payroll tax processes, including reconciliations and audits
• Research regulatory changes and implement payroll tax updates and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll and payroll tax management
• Hands-on experience with ADP Smart Compliance, Workday, and Payworks
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in payroll accounting and tax reconciliation
