Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational structures and workflows for PEO services
• Lead the implementation and configuration of MasterTax software for accurate payroll tax filings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to PEO operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of PEO experience
• 3+ years of MasterTax experience
• 5+ years of payroll industry experience
• CPP certification is preferred
