Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage US state and local tax registrations and ensure timely processing of tax filings
- Maintain jurisdiction tax compliance and facilitate resolution of tax notices
- Reconcile tax reports and advise management on tax liabilities and new laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of experience with ADP Smart Compliance payroll tax and reporting
- 5 years of multi-state and local U.S. payroll tax experience
- 10+ years of payroll experience in a mid-to-large, high-volume, multi-state company
- Certified Public Accountant preferred upon hire
