Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Tax Specialist to manage employee employment taxes and provide customer service for tax-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve payroll tax issues while acting as a subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to manage escalated payroll tax cases and maintain accurate tax records
  • Run audits for payroll tax accuracy and assist with year-end processing of W2s and W2c's
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Pivot tables and VLookups
  • Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure
  • Experience in multi-tasking and analyzing large volumes of data
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment
