Senior P&C Engineer with PE License

Job Summary

To support the design of high-voltage substations, the full-time Senior P&C Engineer with PE License will lead protection and control design efforts, create relay coordination studies, and mentor early-career engineers in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead protection and control design for high-voltage substations (69 kV - 500 kV)
• Create relay coordination studies and SCADA schematics using engineering tools
• Mentor and inspire early-career engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an active PE license
• 8+ years of experience in protection & control or power systems engineering
• Proficiency with relays, SCADA systems, and protection engineering tools (ASPEN, CAPE, ETAP, SEL)
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage substation layouts and protection schemes
• Passion for innovation and mentoring the next generation of engineers
