Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with CRM tools like Monday.com
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools including email marketing and social media management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
