Job Summary
An equality non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Senior Peet to Peer Digital Fundraising Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Pitching ideas for new, innovative digital fundraising campaigns
- Owning and implementing sustaining donor acquisition and retention strategies across teams and entities
- Working with Movement Building and Issue teams to recruit and support grassroots fundraisers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of digital marketing or digital fundraising experience
- A strong racial justice analysis, informed by campaign experience
- 2+ years of experience working with digital marketing tools, CMS, and CRM applications
- Experience developing content for a high-volume digital marketing or fundraising program
- Meaningful experience conducting effective omnichannel digital fundraising campaigns
- Strong writing and editing skills
