Senior Pega Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III - Pega (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document complex business processes and requirements
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to design workflow solutions
• Guide team in leveraging Pega capabilities and ensure alignment with best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst with a focus on Pega BPM/CRM platforms
• Expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and business rules engine
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
