A company is looking for a Senior Pega Developer (CSSA).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
• Build and enhance functionality using Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices

Required Qualifications

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required
• 7-10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Pega development
• Strong experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
• Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices
• Experience working in financial services or banking environments
