Senior Pega Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pega Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state process flows to support Pega case management delivery
• Capture and define business rules, SLAs, controls, and decision logic aligned to client objectives
• Draft, refine, and maintain Epics and user stories in Gherkin, ensuring testable acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 3+ years supporting BPM and/or Pega initiatives
• Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes, rules, SLAs, and controls
• Strong hands-on ability to write Epics and user stories in Gherkin with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for backlog management and delivery tracking
• PCBA or CBA certification preferred
