Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end penetration testing for enterprise web applications and APIs, including scoping and reporting
- Utilize advanced tools like Burp Suite to identify and exploit vulnerabilities, particularly those outlined in the OWASP Top 10
- Document findings and provide actionable remediation guidance to engineering teams to enhance security protocols
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing focused on web applications and APIs
- Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python or Go to support testing workflows
- Strong working knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and security testing tools
- 7+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity with progressive responsibilities in penetration testing
