Senior Penetration Testing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity practice, the full-time Senior Penetration Testing Specialist will conduct offensive security assessments, develop documentation, and engage in various penetration testing activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform cloud infrastructure, web application, and network penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities
• Develop and document assessment findings, ensuring compliance with security frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security solutions and address unique challenges in regulated industries

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in penetration testing or a related cybersecurity role
• Proficiency in cloud security testing on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• In-depth knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and secure coding practices
• Experience with penetration testing tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, and Nmap
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and custom exploit development
