Senior Pension Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pension Analyst to administer complex defined benefit pension plans and ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer complex defined benefit pension plans in compliance with regulations and client agreements
• Perform and review benefit calculations and analyze pension data for accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical guidance to analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on plan administration

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in defined benefit administration services
• Strong knowledge of defined benefit pension plan administration and related regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with complex pension calculations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
