Senior Pension Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading pension plan settlement projects, the full-time Senior Pension Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of 2-4 mid- to large-sized pension settlement implementations
• Develop detailed project plans and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 10 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
