Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. People Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct people data analysis using statistical methods to identify patterns related to recruitment, attrition, and engagement
- Collaborate with business partners to connect data analysis with business needs and People policies
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and create user-friendly dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in People Analytics and/or Data Analytics
- Strong proficiency with statistical methods, HRIS systems, BI systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and assess complex strategies and processes
- Must handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
