Senior People Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical Senior People Analytics Analyst, this full-time position will manage workforce data to provide actionable insights, maintain HRIS data integrity, and streamline processes through automation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Run employee reports and dashboards, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity within the HRIS, building automations and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Support survey implementation and analysis, translating results into themes and recommendations for strategic decisions
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR, People Analytics, or analytics-focused role
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables, and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
- Demonstrated interest and experience with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT
- Proven ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling dashboards and presentations
