Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Analytics & AI Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the People Analytics roadmap, delivering predictive and strategic insights
• Lead execution of the People AI strategy and manage AI tool implementation
• Champion a digital-first mindset and mentor teams on analytics literacy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, HR, Business Analytics, etc.)
• Minimum of six years of experience in People Analytics or HR Technology
• At least two years in a leadership or project management role
• Proven success in partnering with IT for analytics and data solutions
• Strong analytics capabilities with a focus on storytelling and strategic decision-making
