Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People and Culture Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to supervisors
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Track and manage leave of absence activity and support workforce planning during LOA periods
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources for a multi-state employer
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Partner or related position
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR functions
  • HR designation (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
