Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Engineering & Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven people strategies to enhance business outcomes and measure program effectiveness
- Design and implement DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and track progress
- Oversee cross-functional projects and partner with leadership on organizational design and talent development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- 2+ years as an HRBP with experience supporting global EPD teams
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes and analytics
- Strong project management skills with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Knowledge of US and Irish labor laws is a plus
